Shintaro is very reliable, professional and performed the job to my expectations. We had some very stubborn hard water staining on a large house window and all our pool glass fencing. I previously had professional window cleaners who couldn't get rid of the stains when using chemicals by hand. Then I tried every remedy possible with no improvement.
